Sex Remains the Most Deadly "Weapon" for Popular People

Since the beginning of recorded history, sex remains one of the most deadly weapons almost always effective to damage a person if not totally break him/her down.  This can happen among any person regardless if he or she is a politician, such as President Bill Clinton and IBF Chief Straus Khan, a sport stars, such as golfer Tiger Woods and basket ball player Cobby Brian, or a company executive  such as Mark Hurd from HP, or church priest and deacon.  This can also happen in any country regardless if it is democratic such as the United States and the Europe, or non-democratic such as China, if it believes in Christianity or Islam.

Although no one can give a explanation that satisfies everyone, three factors are essential: (1) Human needs sex and reputation, (2) popular folks are more likely to get sex but are also an open target for competing , and (3) social norms and laws protect human rights with regard to sex.  The first two factors are nature-based and the third factor is what we set up as a civilized society. It seemed that to protect the popular people and the victims alike, what we can do most is to revise the game rules.
